We’re thrilled to announce a significant update to our pricing structure, designed to give you more flexibility and control over your email and web push notification marketing costs. We’ve been listening to your feedback, and we’re confident these changes will make Uppush even more valuable for businesses of all sizes.

The wait is finally over!

We’ve added a robust email marketing platform to Uppush, allowing you to create, send, and track stunning email campaigns directly within our app. Now you can seamlessly manage both your web push notifications and email marketing efforts in one centralized location. This new feature is designed to empower you with the tools you need to reach your audience effectively and grow your business.

What’s Changing?

To better align with the value you receive, particularly with our new email marketing capabilities, we’re moving to a primarily usage-based model. This means you’ll have access to more features than ever before on our FREE plan, and your costs on the Pro plan will be directly tied to your actual usage, with a cap you control.

Previously, we offered three plans: Free, Starter, and Premium. Going forward, we’ll have two streamlined options: Free and Pro.

More Features for Everyone

What’s more? We’re bringing many features previously available only on paid plans to our FREE plan. This means you can now experience the core power of Uppush without any upfront commitment. We believe everyone should have access to the tools they need to succeed, and this change reflects that belief.

Introducing the Pro Plan and Usage-Based Charges

Our Pro plan is designed for businesses with higher volume needs. It starts with a fixed monthly subscription price of just $8.99, which includes a generous allowance of 5,000 emails and 10,000 web push notifications per month.

But here’s where it gets even better: You have the flexibility to customize your Pro plan by selecting tiers that define your maximum monthly usage for both emails and web push notifications. Crucially, when you select these usage limits, you also set the maximum price you’ll be charged per month in addition to the fixed $8.99. This puts you in complete control of your budget.

How Usage-Based Charges Work

If your usage exceeds the quota included in your chosen Pro tier, you’ll be charged automatically for the overage, up to your pre-defined maximum price. These charges are calculated daily, ensuring transparency and preventing any surprises at the end of the month. This pay-as-you-go approach, with a price cap, gives you complete control over your spending. When you upgrade to the Pro plan, you’ll agree to these terms, ensuring you understand exactly how the usage-based charges work.

Example: Let’s say you choose a Pro tier with an addition of 100,000 emails (only), thus the maximum charge for those additional emails will be $80 (at a rate of $0.8 per 1,000 emails). You send 1,500 emails on day 1, you will automatically be charged for 500 emails exceeding the base quota (5000 emails), with $0.8/1,000 emails. You send 2,000 emails on day 2, you will also be charged automatically for those 2,000 emails ($1.6).

Important 30-Day Limit: Within 30 days of upgrading to the Pro plan, if you exceed your total email quota (base quota + additional quota), no further emails will be sent by the app. This ensures that you will never be charged more than the maximum price you set for your chosen tier (in this example, $80 for the additional 100,000 emails).
